1. Purpose
These terms govern sales concluded through the Talents Sud International online shop.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF), inclusive of all taxes, including VAT at 18%. Delivery charges are stated before the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
An order becomes firm once payment is confirmed. An order reference is sent to you by email.
4. Customisation and proofs
For any customised product, a proof is sent for approval before production. No production begins without written approval. Once the proof has been approved, the order can no longer be modified.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by KkiaPay: MTN MoMo, Moov Money, Celtiis Cash, Visa and Mastercard. Bank transfer and payment at the workshop are available on request. No bank card details pass through our servers.
6. Lead times and delivery
Production lead times are stated on each product page. Areas served: Cotonou and the surrounding area, other cities in Benin, the sub-region and international. Collection from the Gbégamey — Mifongou workshop is free of charge.
7. Cancellation and returns
Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect. Standard products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition.
8. Warranty
Our metalwork is guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and damage arising from improper use.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Beninese law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cotonou.
